The sky is dark and gloomy. The perfect weather to sleep in.
I want to go home..


Thinking of inputting yogurt into my everyday diet. Now it is only a once-in-a-while treat. Will start by inputting the Nestle Bliss yogurt into my everyday diet! :)))))))))

Honey used to be my everyday staple too! i am bringing it back! :)
Will be doing up the list of everyday health chow. Need to boost my physical and mental strength. :)

  1. Yes bring the honey back! Bee products are great for your health. I take honey together with bee pollen everyday. Works wonders for constipation and filling up the vitamins from my lack of vege and fruits
